SaCRel Lab-- signaling and close relationships lab-- is a new, human psychology, online laboratory at Arizona State University. It is led by Dr. Melanie MacEacheron, Assistant Teaching Professor. We conduct primarily research concerning (targeted) communication of close relationship status, and of changes thereto. Dr. MacEacheron uses primarily an evolutionary psychological approach, though students in the lab can use another. Dr. MacEacheron can also supervise research in psychology and the law.
ASU students with a psychology major, particularly those studying online, are welcome to email Dr. MacEacheron (mmaceac1@asu.edu) regarding possible Honors Thesis supervision (if enrolled in Barrett College) and/or paid or volunteer Research Assistantship opportunities.
